Diversity in the Würth Group

The Würth Group is convinced that every human being has unique potential. The Group strives to discover this potential and give it room to unfold. The Würth Group works to provide its employees with a working environment characterized by respect and tolerance in which there is no room for discrimination. Hotel-Restaurant Anne-Sophie—a project that is very dear to Carmen Würth—is one example of such a working environment. At Anne-Sophie, people with and without disabilities work together. The hotel currently employs a workforce of 90, around one quarter of whom have disabilities.
The Würth Group has always considered itself an open and cosmopolitan company. Back in 2007, Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG, the parent company of the globally operating Group, signed the Charta der Vielfalt e.V. diversity charter. Currently, the Würth Group is focusing especially on promoting gender equality. The clear target is to increase the share of female employees at all levels. Knowing that there still is a way to go, all employees of the Würth Group are working together to achieve this goal.
